Ticket Pick-up
The deadline for picking up pre-ordered tickets is normally three days after ordering. Tickets agreed to be picked up on the day of the performance must be picked up no later than one half hour before the start of the performance. For tickets ordered through the Post Office, Narvesen or 7-Eleven, there is a service charge. Tickets picked up at Harstad Kulturhus or the Festival Info Stand do not have a service charge. Purchased tickets will not be refunded.
Sales at the door
Tickets for performances that are not sold-out will be put on sale at the venue 1 hour before th start of the performane. For some performances there is no pre-sale of tickets, only purchases at the door.
