Hear two musicians with widely different backgrounds in a higher musical unity. Mighty Sam McClain, from steamy Louisiana, meets Knut Reiersrud from the somewhat more chilly north.
Despite the great geographic differences, Gospel is gospel and blues are the blues! We can promise a warm and vibrant evening in Harstad Church when black vocal art meets Norwegian blues. Knut Reiersrud, our top-notch guitarist, and the fantastic American gospel singer Sam McClain, known for his resonant voice. They are accompanied by a star-studded group of musicians. Their most recent joint venture "One Drop is Plenty" was nominated for the Norwegian grammy in 2011.
