Susanna Wallumrød is best known for her solo projects and work with the duo Susanna & The Magical Orchestra. In the project entitled "If Grief Could Wait" she collaborates with baroque harpist Pessi and two other early-period instrumentalists. Wallumrød sings her own songs as well as compositions by Henry Purcell and Leonard Cohen. Purcell has without a doubt never before been performed in this way - nor Leonard Cohen, as far as that goes. An exquisite concert for vocalist, harp and early-period instruments. Henry Purcell's 17th century church and theatre music, Wallumrød's original compositions and a few Leonard Cohen songs are combined in a daring and unique crossover event. At the core is Wallumrød's crystal clear voice and Pessi's virutous harp playing. Trondenes church is the setting for an intimate experience of a special nature.
